Notice to agents who signed up for a Point2 Agent Free Trial:

 

Listing syndication is FREE through Point2.  If you signed up for a Point2 Agent 6-month Free Trial, you will receive an expiration email notice.

Listings will continue to be syndicated for FREE, whether you pay for an agent account or not.

 

Your decision to pay for Point2 Agent should be based on the features and NOT because you want your listings to be syndicated.

Syndication of RealTracs listings through the Point2 Agent network of sites is ongoing; agents with active listings should have received an email from Point2 with a link to set up your syndication dashboard.

 

NOTE: Syndication to participating Point2 websites is restricted by broker and/or corporate preferences.  And, while Point2 syndicates to all the websites listed below, not all listings will be syndicated to all sites due to geographic or other niche requirements of the website.  For a specific list of which websites syndicate a particular listing, your should visit your Point2 syndication dashboard or online office.

To clarify what this means to you as a RealTracs user, we
would like to explain syndication further, as well as the
additional features offered to RealTracs users by Point2.

 

Syndication is simply sending listing information from
RealTracs to Point2, who then shares or syndicates your
listing(s) to approved websites.  However, this does not
grant Point2 exclusivity to the syndication of your listings.
Many companies have offered this service for several
years—Point2 is simply another option available.

 

Please keep in mind that while Point2 does offer web

solutions, online offices, and other subscription based

features, RealTracs users are in no way obligated to

purchase these features, nor will the presence or lack of

an account affect your listings being syndicated.

 

Syndication of your listings through Point2 is included in

your monthly MLS fees, and controlled through your own

Syndication Dashboard.

 

Point2 accounts are purely optional and provide tools to assist you in developing an overall online marketing

strategy.
